NS-2 make: Nothing to be done for 'all'

剛剛在跑修改NS-2的一些東西
要重新make
結果跑出 nothing to be done for 'all' 的一些error message


Google 了一下


這裡跟那裡都叫我make clean一下(雖然還有其他更深入的一些討論 不過有點小麻煩)
