About Policy: Policy-based routing/network/design

這裡提到了三件事情
我一開始是在唸電網導時要查policy-based routing
後來就一併整理有些微相關的issue進來了

● Policy-based routing
  a technique used to make routing decisions based on policies set by the network administrator.
  Rather than taking the least-cost path, routers may have to follow the administrator's policy.

 Effectively manage the network services.
